I enjoy providing supervision so much!  I continue to maintain a professional and mentoring relationship with those that I supervised even many years ago.  My approach is both task and goal oriented, while I maintain  responsibility for your best practice and your best potential.  We start with an initial dialogue by phone during which we each assess whether or not we are a good fit.  Some questions we might discuss are:  Does your practice environment fit with my experience and expertise?  Does your theoretical orientation fit with mine?  What are your goals for supervision and for your career, and can I help you succeed in those goals? If we are compatible and wish to initiate supervision, we are off on a grand journey!  I will travel to you for group supervision if preferred.
